About China non woven fabric factory
A non woven fabric is a woven fabric made from individual fibers that are not woven together, as opposed to a woven fabric made from two or more sets of yarns. Non woven fabrics are made through a variety of processes including bonding, thermal bonding, and entanglement. JEENOR material is a professional China non woven fabric manufacturer.
China non woven fabric factory
1. The non woven fabric is made of polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon, and other synthetic materials.
2. Non-woven fabrics are often used to replace traditional fabrics due to their high strength, good water absorption, and can be made waterproof or waterproof.
3. Non woven fabrics are typically used in medical and hygienic applications because they are easy to clean and disinfect.
Reasons for the popularity of high quality meltblown non woven fabric products
Meltblown non woven fabric is a kind of composite material made by melt-blown process raw material is polypropylene. And it mainly uses PP raw materials with the average molecular weight of 3,000,000 to 5,000,000 to produce various types of web structures by means of random drawing and oriented drawing. The main applications are filter materials insulation materials and oil absorption materials. Meltblown nonwovens have good filtering properties blocking bacteria while allowing free breathability. In addition they have good oil absorption properties and can be used as oil-absorbing materials for industrial wastewater treatment.
Meltblown non woven fabric products are popular for many reasons. One reason is that they are made from high quality materials that are designed to last. Another reason is that they are very affordable and can be used in a variety of applications. Lastly meltblown non woven fabric products are also very easy to use and can be easily found in most stores.
Meltblown non woven fabric is a kind of superfine fiber non woven fabric with good air permeability elasticity water absorption and oil absorption. It can be used in many fields such as filter materials medical materials sanitary materials sound-absorbing materials oil-absorbing materials and so on. Meltblown non woven fabric products are mainly used in dust-proof masks gas masks and other fields.

How about the production process of high quality meltblown non woven fabric
The production process of high quality meltblown non woven fabric generally goes through these steps: first the polymer is melted and extruded through a die to form a continuous filament. The filament is then drawn through a series of rollers which serve to stretch the filament and increase its orientation. Once the desired degree of orientation has been achieved the filament is cooled and then passed through a series of heated rollers which serve to further increase the orientation. Finally the oriented filament is passed through a set of annealing rollers which serve to relieve any residual stress in the filament and improve its dimensional stability.
Meltblown nonwovens are made of fine (2-5 micron) thermoplastic fibers that are drawn from the molten state and extruded through a die to form very fine continuous filaments. The as-drawn filaments are then deposited on a collector screen to form a random web. This web is then subjected to high velocity hot air that attenuates the filaments to form microfibers. Finally the microfibers are collected on another screen and bonded together by heat and pressure to form a coherent web.
The production process of high quality meltblown non woven fabric generally includes melt spinning web forming hot air drying and finishing. The raw material of the meltblown non woven fabric is a polymer with a relatively low melting point. In the production process the polymer is first melted and then extruded through a die to form continuous filaments. The filaments are drawn by hot air and laid on a forming screen to form a web. The web is then cooled and sent to a roller for rolling. After passing through the roller the web is again heated and then passed through an air knife to form fine fibers. Finally the fibers are collected on another forming screen to form a meltblown non woven fabric.
